Who you are contracting with

Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, which means Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice and handles tax.

What we provide

We report information published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as public domain data, reorganised and filtered. We provide it as a convenience and make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Records may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors made by the publisher. The permit date is not an opening date. Verify anything you rely on against the official source before acting on it.

How you may use it

The underlying records are public domain, so we claim no ownership of them. Your subscription buys access to our compilation, filtering and delivery. You may use the data in your own business, including exporting it into your CRM. You may not resell or redistribute our compiled feeds or exports as a competing data product.

You are responsible for how you contact businesses, including compliance with applicable marketing, telemarketing, email and privacy laws. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or insurance advice.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. See the refund policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments and taxes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Changes

We may change these terms, and will note the effective date above. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be emailed.
