Questions
Where does the data come from?
The All Permitted Sales Tax Locations and Local Sales Tax Responsibility dataset, published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as Public Domain. We collect it daily, normalise it, and keep a dated history.
Does this predict future openings?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Many locations record a first-sale date earlier than their permit date. This is a record of where business is operating and expanding.
Who handles billing?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments and taxes.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy.
