What we publish
We publish business registration records, not personal profiles. The source register contains no phone numbers, email addresses or personal contact details, and we add none. Some Texas businesses are sole owners trading under their own name, so a business name can incidentally be a person's name; that is how the State publishes it.
What we collect about you
| If you browse | Standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers or sell traffic data. |

We do not sell your personal data.
Email
We send the alerts you subscribe to, billing notices, and occasional service notices. Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link.
Retention and your rights
We keep your account for as long as it exists, plus whatever billing records Paddle is required to retain. Email support@expansionalert.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
