Refund policy

Ask for a refund and you get one. No conditions, no exceptions, no fees deducted.

That applies to every payment, first or renewal, trial or full subscription. We do not ask why and we do not require a form.

How to ask

Email support@expansionalert.com from the address on the account. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, and normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Separate from a refund, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Email us and we will do it the same day.

The $1 trial

The trial gives 14 days of full access for $1 and then converts to the Metro plan. Cancel before it converts and you are charged nothing further. We email you before it converts.
