Cancelling	Email us and we will cancel the same day, no questions asked.
Refunds	See the refund policy. Ask and we process it.
Billing and invoices	Payments are handled by Paddle, and your receipt email links to your invoices.
Wrong data	Tell us the business and what looks wrong. Where the source register is wrong we cannot change it, but we will say so plainly and note it.
A record you want removed	These are public records published by the State of Texas, so we cannot remove them from the source. Write to us and we will explain what we hold and why.

Billing enquiries

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments and taxes.
